I come from a big Italian family, one of 5 sisters. I grew up in Cleveland and then moved to Pittsburgh after school in 2012.
I became a cycle instructor back in 2014, as well as a few specialty certifications, & of most recent my CPT for becoming a strength coach.
I reside in Lawrenceville, PA.
